Freshness
Our candy macaroons taste best the day they are delivered. If macaroons are going to be enjoyed over the course of several days, place the box in the refrigerator and allow pieces to warm to room temperature before serving. To further extend freshness, wrap the box with plastic wrap or place macaroons in an airtight container and freeze.
